Ask a Beekeeper
A colony of honey bees is made of 40,000 to 60,000 bees.
The Queen Bee doesn't even take care of her self. Attendants feed her and keep her clean.
Worker bees have many jobs during their life. Their first job is to clean their room.
A honey bee can only sting a human once, because their stinger has barbs like a fishing hook and gets stuck in our skin.
A Queen Bee only flies out of the hive to mate. Her mating flight is 50 feet high in the air.
1/3 of the food we eat could not have grown without pollinators like bees and butterflies.
